On Thursday, Wab Kinew, the recently elected premier of Manitoba, will apologize to Beauvais and Ambrose in the province’s legislature, reversing a decision by the previous government (Conservatives) to deny responsibility for the mix-up.
Why doesn’t that surprise me…
