815·1 month agoWell it’s certainly not Elden Ring, and it doesn’t matter how pretty the Thumbnail is. No DLSS or any of the other options is frankly just laughable.

31·1 month agoGet your games as GOG Offline Installers. Burn them onto M-Disc Media. Supposed to last 1000 years. Terribly slow to burn at the suggested x4 speed but after it’s done you got it forever! Then if you’re really serious, use the 3-2-1 rule with 3 copies, on at least 2 different media, and with 1 stored off-site.
At this point just cancel everything! Why even make music, movies, games anyway? Just cancel it all and write it off for a sweet tax break! Ultimately I no longer care, I’m so done with Capitalism… I don’t purchase anything other than food nowadays. I’m just waiting to die; Fuck this stupid existence built on money, greed and hate.

5·2 months agoM-Discs are just like Blu-ray storage. However, they are not re-writable, instead being physically engraved with a laser. They are marketed as lasting 1000 years. Get yourself a nice Bluray-writer and you’re all set.
I’m just done with Capitalism in general. I got 1000 games, 200 of which are GOG offline installers. Those are burned onto M-Disc storage for the apocalypse. Cancelled all TV streaming, no buying games or books even. Nothing but food and bills now as I wait for it all to collapse.
