I don’t understand people who don’t try to document or record anything work or business related. They’re not your friends, and handshakes don’t always hold up in court.
Most of the time documenting things doesn’t matter. It’s very expensive to try and sue billion dollar companies. And if your name gets out, your job prospects drop dramatically. Sadly, proof doesn’t get you very far toward justice. The system is designed to protect commerce, not people.
