I can let you all know that here in Uruguay, all the Iranian hezbollah is very busy trying to illegalise cannabis and abortion. (Oh wait, the Iranians have legal abortion, unlike texans)

The comment is intended to indicate the lack of motive Iranians would have in south america, and contrast the legal avenues that are available to Iranian trans people, which far from ideal, is probably more attuned to the existing system in Uruguay than the current US administrations attitude
