Man I’ve had enough bad news for one week :(
gamepad control implementation
That’s huge. Every time I tried playing it, it gave me a strong “bedtime game” vibe and I just wanted to play it on my Steam Deck.
“little”
It’s also online and on mobile lol. If you want new content and QoL updates
Me, turning on my PC every day after my main PC was bricked while rebooting for a Win10 update…
I thought it was a weird looking RaspberryPi before I realized the thing on the left was the GPU

You can change the difficulty, it’s just not spoon-fed to you with a single button. Their games are RPGs, if they’re too hard then level your character and upgrade your weapons. There’s also a myriad of items and spells you can use to buff/assist you through challenges, and if that’s still not enough you can use wikis to find what attack types enemies are weak to or strategies/cheeses other people used.
And if all of that is still not enough, you can use mods to make the games easier.
A year or two ago I tried using it for Bnet and Diablo 2 but it had a lot of issues… I’ll have to give it another try
People with the last name “Ford” in shambles
A lot of Balatro, lol. I wish it was on mobile, though…
I just modded my Switch, and tomorrow I’m gonna try to get Breath of the Wild / Tears of the Kingdom dumped and working on my Deck
I’m in my 20s and this makes me cringe.
On one hand I’m happy for the creator getting rich, but the whole appeal of the shorts was that they’re high quality shitposts…
You have to buy the battlepass to use the newest characters. And the cosmetics used to be free.
They monetized competitive gameplay elements and cosmetics that were supposed to come with the $60 I spent. Both of these are microtransactions.
I’m too lazy to memorize alt codes
I took every coding class my highschool offered, and the only thing that drove me more crazy than this syntax was trying to use CSS.
Reddit hasn’t felt the same for me since around 2021/22.
At some point it stopped being a platform for niche communities to come together and became a cesspool of corporate/government astroturfing and karma farm bots with a side of real people.
If you like the older Pokemon games and can get the ROMs on your phone, PokeMMO is really cool. It’s an emulator that turns the first 5 generations of games into an MMO where you can take the same character across each region.
There’s a handful of changes to the base game, but most are small: Berry farming is changed, there’s an Exp Share for EVs now, Sweet Scent is used to summon a 1v5 against wild Pokemon… There’s character customization… There’s some QoL stuff like shiny encounters having a sound effect and adding a confirmation box so you don’t accidentally flee, and the stats page for your Pokemon is way more detailed.
