Why should a TV ever need updates? Does anyone still make good “dumb” TVs that don’t want/need an internet connection?
I like the cut of your jib.
Can I have your turn then?
I’ll punch him for both of us - I work in the trades, I’m used to industrial strength hand cleaners.
That makes sense though, given how many voters have an elementary school level maturity and education.
Can’t be bothered to double-check cuz I really don’t care
For FUCK SAKE, why do you even bother posting your garbage opinions then? and with such authority too!
I still have one of my Lumias in a drawer. I loved that phone and the UI!
That sounds fucking AWESOME.
This is why I’m relieved that so many theatres have realized getting a liquor license is the way to go. The profit margins on canned booze sold to captive audience are insane, and then I don’t even feel slight guilt about the burgers and fries I smuggled in to munch on! They definitely make enough off the 2-3 beers I’m buying to offset the popcorn I was not going to buy regardless.
Some gamers are just looking for a simple out-of-the-box experience, and will immediately turn their noses up at the idea of mods.
I am not one of those poor souls, but I do know quite a few of them.

And Solarized sucks ass. There, I said it.
Hard agree.
Shit, I do have astigmatism in my right eye! You might be on to something.
I’ve always been kind of curious: am I weird because I prefer light mode for web pages with a lot of text to read? Or is it more of an age-gated thing, like older people who grew up reading printed texts only prefer what’s familiar to them? I’m fine with YouTube (for example) having a black background and dark theme, but I even browse Lemmy via old.lemmy.world in light mode!
Nope.

Doesn’t refusing to grow up and throwing endless beach parties count for anything anymore?
