That’s what’s so stupid about the whole problem - the solution is known and easy but it costs a tiny bit more to make so lots of manufacturers don’t do it. It just needs to run off DC instead of AC. Simple.

Did he ignore flicker problems again like last year? Because flicker ruins lights for a lot of us
Almost no one buys a super expensive phone that has a totally new form factor without trying it out in real life before buying it
This is a very cool piece of technology. The comments here naysaying about it seem odd to me. If it’s not for you that’s fine, but many millions of foldables have been bought over the past few years, and they continue to sell very well today

Oneplus has at least one with a headphone jack
iirc that movie is like a crazy abstract art film, it’s surprising that Hollywood was willing to make it
That’s not a valid comparison, lotr was waaaay slower and longer than movies of its time. If you want to compare against a modern mcu movie then you have to compare to a similar type of movie, like for example even years before lotr look at men in black from 1997

I feel like movies haven’t changed much at all since around mid 90s. Like as long as current day fashion doesn’t appear in the movie, then i don’t see how a person would even be able to tell if a movie came out today vs. twenty years ago.

Unpopular opinion: I’m fine with any try before you buy model as long as (1.) it’s clearly stated up front before downloading and also (2.) it allows you to try enough of the app to decide if it does what you want or not

Edit your original post to include this info. And maybe try humming instead of whistling because that recording doesn’t sound like notes to me
Tell me you didn’t read the post before commenting without telling me

I’ve been looking for the exact same thing. The closest I’ve found is Galarm, but it’s still exact day/time based

I’ve encountered people like this. They absolutely loathe when someone points out that what they said was wrong
Seriously, this isn’t that sweet of a scene

Evokes ant colony too

Stadia is good from a tech standpoint, the only problem was it was run by google
I just looked it up and I’m fairly certain it wouldn’t work. Every time the output waveform gets too low then the led would turn off, which is what creates the flicker. An led needs a constant current to stay on constantly.
