This is plausible and yes I’d quite prefer to attribute early Christmas displays to astronomical asynchronicities, rather than to capitalist greed, consumerism, and overconsumption.

The thing with old frugal people is they would buy Christmas cards after Christmas when the Christmas cards are on sale so they would save money for sending out Christmas card the next year. That is the best scenario for buying Christmas things out of season.

I’m kinda thinking there are no people who feel the urge to buy Christmas things in the peak of summer. It’s all just marketing and placement isn’t it? shame on Costco

Well, different apps and different instances have different behaviors for deletions. just to be safe, instead of merely clicking “delete,” and hoping your comment disappears, first go in to your comment and manually highlight and delete the comment then replace it with a punctuation mark (or something) to overwrite it. Then hit delete. Then nobody will be able to see what you attempted to delete.

Hey, if you wanna delete your comment, you should probably actually really delete it.

I have a list like that. It’s important to keep track. because I want to remember things for the sake of remembering them. If I don’t write them down I will forget. also when someone asks you how many people you’ve slept with, you will have the number readily available.
