Try Learn CPP or the Beginners course by John Purcell. The later has a really cool project but teaches an older C++ style which doesn’t matter too much as a beginner. Both are free.

• Added an empty panel
• Added the Icons only Task Manager widget to it
• Dragged my chosen programs to it from the menu
• Went into edit mode
• Dragged the minimum size handles to match the icons, leaving the maximum size handles as they were
• Centred the panel
