So I was going to say thanks for the reminder to go check if more episodes of the Drew Carey Show had been uploaded to archive.org since the last time I checked, only to find that those that were already on there (first 2 or 3 seasons I think?) are now all gone (apart from the Improv-A-Ganza episodes, which I will be downloading before they disappear too). Nowhere is safe.

Racism. They’re defending what they perceive as the “right” of racists to be racist without consequence. The excuses they’re making for themselves, and these teens, don’t change that.

We need much more restriction on what chemicals and materials can be produced in the first place. It’s no good waiting for generations until someone finds a causality in the data, there is public outrage, a campaign, a national law passed and then an international agreement. And there’s no way to clean this stuff up once it’s out there.

No, what we need is to abolish capitalism, because as long as these practices make money (and they do, lots), those who benefit don’t give a single fuck about the environment nor any of us or the plastics in our brains (or theirs for that matter, like with all the other rules and laws they’ve set up for society, they genuinely think they’re above being impacted because they can afford to be, in this case by being able to buy better food and get better healthcare), and they will NEVER act to improve things unless it makes them more money.

Our GP’s are already mostly running on a tick-box system where they feed your information (but only the stuff on the most recent page of your file, looking any further is too much like hard work) in to their programme and it, rather than the patient or a trained physician, tells them what we need. Remove GP’s from the patients any more, and they’re basically just giving the same generic and often wildly incorrect advice we could find on WebMD.

Wow, thanks! That does look promising (to me as a lay person anyway!), I’ll have to give it a try once I’ve sorted out that extra memory I’ve been meaning to buy since my backup space is running out, and I definitely want to make sure I have a solid back up before trying anything.
