It isn’t so much replacing the CPU as it is replacing the entire motherboard, but it’s still better than what we’ve historically dealt with.

They’re losing money on ARC so I suppose they felt they had enough headroom on their CPU division to make up for it. Might’ve got cocky and not properly tested the new CPUs before pushing them out.
Just strips out most of the bullcrap that MS won’t let you uninstall.

In my (admittedly limited) experience, that just means the RAM is probably bad.

Efficient, not fast. Just means it’ll sip power as opposed to guzzling it.
At least there are ways to block those ads. Sponsorblock is a godsend as well.
