Our 2012 Subaru with a Megaman decal and a Cthulu-fish just saved my spouse from being horribly killed by a driver who blared through a red, t-boned the shit out of the driver’s side and flipped him, absolutely crushing the car, but not him. We’re 100% getting another, (an older Outback if possible) and I will wallpaper that mofo in COEXIST if it keeps either of us as…not dead.

Below: just about all we could salvage from the impound after it was decoupled from the other driver’s car, flipped upright, towed and totaled. We have their front Honda emblem, though, cause it was stuck in our car!

Are you maybe thinking of the also fabulous Wayne Pygram (Scorpius), or Shane Briant (Kaarvok)? Cause Steven Berkoff (Hagath), even though he would’ve fit right in, wasn’t on FS, unfortunately… Unless there’s a joke or another reference which I’m missing, which is also 100% possible, lol

Yes. I suggest Asimov’s recommended reading order, from I, Robot through Foundation and Earth, including the Empire trilogy. Keep in mind some were written decades apart, regardless of series chronology, so the tone may shift due to the era written and Asimov’s growth as a writer, which can be jarring for a couple pages (primarily getting to the Empire novels, but still great little stories, and I enjoyed the continued lore).

As an avid reader, particularly sci-fi, it’s my very favorite series, from start to finish, and I’d recommend it to anyone - personally, Foundation itself might be my least liked of the group, though that may be for it being a collection of stories put together from the magazines, I found it mildly disjointed, (and I have a tendency to confuse certain character names in that one, haha), but I appreciated it more when my spouse listened to them all on audiobook (PS. Scott Brick is a wonderful Asimov narrator).

Regardless of which, and how you may read them, I hope you enjoy them!

There’s always velcro? Though you may not want to attach it directly to the wall because of paint, you could probably use it to attach something for hanging, to the back. I recently mounted a nearly 10lb, 48"x24" white board directly to a metal door with a single package of adhesive mounting velcro. It wasn’t even intentional, I had a whole over-the-door hook plan worked out for its mounting holes, using the velcro to keep it level and from any movement, and it turned out to be plenty, shockingly strong enough.

It’s actually got me super excited for more hanging of weird things, cause I’ve gotten pretty good with Command Hooks, etc, and often find them wanting… Literally tonight, though I can’t prove the timeliness, had one fall off the wall, that wasn’t holding anything heavier than its load, just an old walking stick. Eventually, they die, and it seems the newer adhesive quality has become subject to enshitification, but I may also be a cynical shite. (งツ)ว
