2·9 months agoI’m sorry, this is all just a big misunderstanding. When the Risa mods said "no rules’, they meant for themselves. Not for the rest of us.
Hope that clears it all up.
It’s called git. It’s been distributed from day 1. GitHub was an attempt to centralize it.
