I not too long ago played this game and, while flawed, found it to be a very decent game with a lot of potential. My biggest gripe personally is that it devolves from an engaging and clever stealth game to a mass murder simulator, and the main character isn’t terribly likable by the end. Still, I enjoyed it quite a bit and might even replay it some time.
I haven’t been able to solve CAPTHCAs in years.
I bought Tales of Maj’Eyal from GOG and have been playing the Linux port. Yeah, I’d say it’s my favorite. Even if I hate it sometimes.
Back in the day when I was running Gentoo, in the long long ago, Firefox was one of the few things I installed as a binary, since compiling it took hours. Compiling it every time there was an update would have driven me crazy. From what I gather this is still true for most users. Yeah, go for the Flatpak if at all possible.
I’m sure they will take everything that made the original game great and bin it in a misguided attempt to appeal to a customer base they don’t understand.
Oh, that soundtrack… Great game!
Hard to say, but possibly Spectron for the Spectravideo SV-328. The first game I remember really having an impact was Super Mario Bros. Played it at my friend’s house and afterwards I begged my parents for a NES. That was a happy Christmas.
Some time ago I also bought a PS5 and I regret it. It is absolutely not worth the hassle. Any benefits console gaming had are long gone.
Wait, a CEO said that? What’s the catch?
I think we all just look alike to our computer overlords.
Idiots.
You don’t actually have to pay Amazon anything. I suggest you consider this.

“They were all dead. The final gunshot was an exclamation mark on everything that had led to this point. I released my finger from the trigger. And then it was over.”
Yup, that’s bound to happen, which is why I’ve written off actual AR-glasses long ago. Maybe if there’s an OpenSource solution, but seeing how slow Linux phones are coming along, I’m not holding my breath. But I can still dream!
I remember what the internet was like before we had ad-blockers. I concur with others who have said turning the blocker off would make it even worse. There no fucking way I’m turning off ad-blocking under any conditions. I’d rather just stop using the internet altogether. I can not verbalize how much I hate ads. I stopped watching TV because of ads a long time ago. Never again.
Oh man, I wish I could get a pair of AR-glasses with ad-blocking in real life. No more ads polluting the streets. That would be great.
God, I hate that meme format so much. It adds absolutely fucking nothing. It’s insufferable.
