If folks want to sell lots of copies, why do they keep making shit games? It’s such an easy problem to identify.

I’ll go out on a little limb, it might be sales specific. My company is 100% work from home. All the engineers and product and design work remote, maybe come into the office once a week just because.
The sales team however is strongly encouraged to come in as much as possible. I think it’s a morale thing. Sales teams become these weird cults, maybe necessarily. It’s really hard to pick up the phone and make a call when you’ve been rejected 5 times in a row. The teams little ceremonies are designed to help push through that.
I just hate all their separate OSes. I’d buy an iPad pro if it ran osx. I’d buy this thing if it ran osx. I’m not buying a powerful $3k computer that can only run apps.
If they wanted DD2 to do better, why didn’t they make it a better game?

What are you talking about? I take hour long video game breaks and nap breaks in addition to lunch. I probably actually code for like 3 hours a day, but I get more done in those 3 hours after charging up than if I’d sit there staring at code for 3 hours.
What’s funny is when I space out looking at my other monitor folks in the meeting just assume I’m working.
I schedule an hour for lunch and play video games during meetings.

Have you seen the performance and efficiency of these arm chip? The performance and battery life of Apple’s chips compared to the Intel chips before then? Intel should be absolutely embarrassed.
