I’m just a man with a guillotine
We can dream
Yeah! We want moss!
Google does a fair amount of data gathering even if you don’t log in. I think it does it through cookies, fingerprinting or browser inspection
If I use a session long enough it will start to change to my actual taste
Listen Microsoft is super evil but I I think most pharmaceutical companies have them beat.
No arguments here Linux gets better every day but I understand why some people still need Windows in their life
I assume they mean in the long long run when Windows 10 LTSC stops being supported
I was on diff 8 and had 3 Titans spawn close to the drill, I managed but it was pretty rough lol.
Main issue is Gemini traditionally uses it’s training data and the version answering your search is summarising search results, which can vary in quality and since it’s just a predictive text tree it can’t really fact check.
Since it was the chip from the Nintendo switch that was used for the original Nvidia Shield I wonder if what the switch to we’ll see a revision?
Probably just wishful thinking, it seems like Nvidia’s core strategy isn’t the consumer market anymore.
It’s just a garden variety troll.
In the past I would have been dismissive however the FTC seems to have been very active with enforcing consumer protections as of late so I remain hopeful.
The second! Thanks I’m not the most well versed on the subject but I help where I can
RISC-5 is a CPU architecture like x86 (AMD and Intel) or ARM (Qualcomm, Apple, Samsung, Google).
It’s main differences are that it is an open architecture. It is still early in it’s life cycle but it’s already showing promising advancement.
I’m not as well educated on this part of it but I remember reading that it is more efficient for a certain types of common calculations that have long since been an issue for x86. As noted though citation needed.
It’s honestly one of my favorite distros and has a lot of unique awesome features and guides for beginners.
Discord has some rough edges if you use it regularly but it definitely still works.
I already knew this but still what a terrifying prospect, I love my phone but there are some things a desktop is just better for
This is only semi-related but do you think it’s possible to use a neural network to optimize compression?
Edit: wait I just realized I’m stupid this is 4/5 of Nvidia’s AI ventures.
That won’t be an issue I’m already on a 6950 XT, it’s in all my AMD system so I think I should be okay device compatibility wise.
Agreed 8 gave me a headache but 8.1 was probably my favorite. Oh well at least we still have Linux, about to switch, is Fedora a good place to start?
If you have a pixel 8 I actually had to bring mine back because the modem would regularly just fail to send text messages or failed to do the proper handshake for a data connection
This is the exact same problem in the United States and even Canada right now. It’s leading me to believe it’s the inevitable conclusion of a first past the post system.
