Thank you for explaining.
Thank You.
Bluefin/Aurora/Bazzite/Ucore take those and add new things on top.
I can’t understand this though. So, Bazzite is built on top of Fedora SIlverblue/Kionite?
Thank You
For the Illustration.
I’m totally new to Atomic Desktops. How rebasing differs from installing fresh OS?
And what exactly is rebasing though?
Thank You.
But, how do you put a line in your reply though?
GE mentioned this update will be a smooth transition.
Also is Nobara a good candidate for daily driver or bazzite?
Let’s hope that I gonna have good time. I’m gonna try CachyOS on VM first.
Thanks bro. Now I’m really getting hyped up. Because mine almost the same except
CPU: I7 gen 12
Ram: 8gb
Sadly my rtx 3050 has only 4GB vram 🥲
Seems Good. I’m intrigued.
What do you think about Bazzite though?
pull down 90+ fps. games like WoW or FFXIV i’m getting over 100 FPS. On Windows I’d get maybe 30 to 40 FPS on the exact same rig.
May I know your specs please. Just to get an idea of how well mine can handle.
I tried using it on Mint and had a very bad time with it Thanks man this what I’m looking for. Sadly I have Nvidia.
CachyOS
It looks cool. They have good Wiki for themselves too. But, IDK how long it existed and long it will exist tho. Just curious.
I’m planning to learn plain Arch. Or should just stick with CachyOS? IDK.
simply because Lemmy hasn’t quite reached that critical mass.
I think this can be easily solved, if the mods of subreddits have any idea about privacy.
The existence of big subreddits are the reason people still sticking to reddit imo.
Do they have lemmy community?
I never understood (still can’t) the need for Twitter. I always thought people used that platform to stalk famous people and officials (I have no idea why they started to use that platform).
Since, they are (famous people) mostly not on mastodon, I can’t understand why people need Mastodon.
If I need people’s opinions on anything Lemmy is there, right?
I’m not degrading Mastodon or anything in any manner, But I’m simply curious.
Thanks man. Nice rice.
Hyprland is just mouthwatering.
Mint is cool but cinnamon looks archaic & I’m yet see some cooked rice based on cinnamon.
Btw, does Wayland added support for global shortcuts?
Is it possible to install Hyprland on Mint 21.3 or 22 without any problems ?
Thank you.
