not stellaris but 4x with action point type system and card based actions. All in the stellaris universe/flavor. Sounds like fun to me

Pretty happy with my results here. More played than purchased, and lots of time with the ones I did.

Been playing this since the beta and it’s quite good if you like an isometric crpg. Really nice work on the characters

Nice. I got 17 and I would debate the size of that versus a bread box. Still got pretty much everything else right
