Oh of course, anything else was unplayable
I maxed it out and it was still slower than the GCN stick let you turn. Beating the bee boss thus relied on luck where it shouldn’t.
Halo is more “figuring out how to defeat this room of enemies IS the puzzle” whereas Metroid’s puzzles are platforming and figuring out how to apply this new item to the areas you’ve already visited, and there just happen to also be enemies to fight.
Nope, you’re not the only one. The Wii port of Prime wasn’t as well-tested as the original.
I guess you forgot about the Wii remote turning being too slow for fighting the hive queen
Being a lurker and being a troll are mutually exclusive. When you start being a troll, you are no longer a lurker.
My replies aren’t for the troll’s benefit, but to give context to undecided lurkers.
Where does the money flow, bud?
A lot of people. Artists, programmers, voice actors, designers etc. So what if some fraction goes to a bigot? I’m not allowing her to live rent-free in my head and control my purchases like you are.
Don’t give gatekeepers the benefit of the doubt. If they don’t want to see opinion articles about games, they can block the community.
Predicting the games will have differences does not entitle you to limit other people’s tools of evaluation (comparison is a tool of evaluation).
So, you’re just going to ignore the hundreds of game makers who worked on the game and don’t share her views?
Oohhh Sirius would be the best choice I think, so it can go on after James’s death and you can confront Peter at the end
Agreed but what does that have to do with a work created by a team of hundreds of people?
Did they ever fix the stick sensitivity issue?
Sounds more like an “easy mode” thing. Have certain enemies immune to certain guns on the harder difficulties. Want to just use the shotgun? Play easy mode. Want to be more strategic? Play a harder difficulty.
I’m a fellow straight person who has had a gay person hit on me. Here’s the thing: the problem wasn’t his gayness. The problem was his persistence. If he had hit on me respectfully, and backed off when I showed disinterest, everything would have been fine.
His persistence wasn’t due to his gayness. There are gay people who are not persistent.
A lot of straight people are persistent too, and it’s just as much of a problem in straight people as it is in gay people, it just doesn’t bother you specifically, because you’re straight.
Cartridges actually have much faster load times than discs. Notice how the Switch has reverted back to cartridges? They’re faster.
As for the controller… It is pretty odd. Though, at the time, we didn’t have the same standard for controller design we have now. So it makes sense that Nintendo would try something bold. Then after they had committed to the design, the world decided the PS1 controller made much more sense, and that became the benchmark for future controller designs.
