Doesn’t really matter, it’s the metadata that reveals your connections and locations. Surprisingly big amount of useful (but not necessarily correct or verifiable) intel can be gathered without eavesdropping into the actual conversations. People have been - on other occasions - targeted because they were connected to a person, who’s connections may have been suspicious to some state actors.

Whenever there’s a big movement against the Far Right, all kinds of companies, associations and public figures give out statements in support of the movement. Sometimes it is pure virtue signaling, but quite often it’s sincere and doesn’t just run with the latest cool thing.

Also, it’s worth pointing out that some other parties may have potential of embracing fascism, but if their current stance on right extremism is a negative one and their policies and rhetoric aren’t even verging on the extremes, they probably should just be corrected for the obvious bad things and not labeled as “right extremists”. Just checked what I last ordered from Aliexpress and it was YMDK DSA. So far content with those and I’d assume the XDA profile keysets are just as good. YMDK also has got their own direct sales from their website and probably some of your local stores sell them too. Aliexpress and Amazon are in many ways possibly hit and miss, so I get your sentiment toward those. Personally I prefer not to use neither of those, for reasons that are not so much about the quality of stuff on sale there.
