I am trying to find something again. I was thinking about eventually getting into miniature games like Warhammer. right now tho…i REMEMBER seeing some free to play pc miniature game that was like what hearthstone is to card games. was supposed to be pretty free player friendly too like hearthstone

I’m out of the loop on current happenings, but here’s an old video on how to play 9e on TTS.
Honestly when it comes to tabletop play, the rules are only a part of it. A huge part not simulated by TTS is actually building, painting, and customizing miniatures. If you want to dip into getting a few miniatures, just to feel out the painting and building process, but not buying a whole giant army, skirmish games like Kill Team or the free alternative Grimdark Firefight only need a handful of models completed in order to play.
Hahaha painting is half of what kept me away from this but recently I decided I want to start to learn to paint and that led me back to thinking about Warhammer. No matter what I’m getting started on painting this week. Just random crap for now.
But no what I was thinking about was definitely an actual dedicated FTP game akin to hearthstone. Might have came and gone this was years ago…
