One of the more unique sci-fi stories in Trek, TNG S05E02. A one off episode that featured a race of aliens later reintroduced in Lower Decks. I don’t want to spoil anything else but it’s awesome.

So we can start setting up a GPS network around the moon to get super accurate timing for things like automated 3HE harvesters?
Valve is such a chill company imo
lmao it’s already too late
My question is the dock an eGPU?

God I love Louise Fletcher though
Well you’ve already been charged so…
Damn just realized Adam Sandler probably would make a amazing grandfather hahaha
Same tbh. I’d rather just watch Brighton be mid this season with some crisps than all this.
Man what a cool episode. Also technically speaking really impressive how they managed to pull it off in the 90s. Even down to the color grading they managed to match the look exactly like they were in a TOS episode.
That priest looks stoked
Ahhh ok yeah that makes more sense then. I thought I saw something saying discount for YTTV for like $600 or something was like wtf. The 22 camera thing sounds like the F1TV feature which is pretty cool.
Uhh am I crazy or did like every game I play go straight into where I last played (not checkpoint, not menu) with the feature? Non 1st party too. Maybe I just didn’t pay attention, but I do feel like games like Star Wars Survivor and FFXVI just went straight back to whatever random place I was in the game.
That’s an incredibly stupid idea to drop that feature. The video in the article says no one used this but uhhhhhhh anyone playing a PS5 game would be using it no? They may not realize it but wow losing it kinda really sucks.
Holy shit someone still operates this?!
Doesn’t it cost something ridiculous like $2000/yr to be able to watch every NFL game? It’s crazy because it’s nowhere near as entertaining as CFB anyway lol.
I thought $80/yr was a lot to see every F1 race but it also includes live telemetry, cockpit cams, and team radios you can bounce between during every event. As well as two different commentary streams, every past race, and loads of post race commentaries and docs. I can’t imagine spending any more on it though.
And is a mathematical model 1:1 scale of our galaxy.
A week before next month
Definitely blue balls you haha. The 1st novella is really interesting too in a whole different way. I love that they kept up that tradition of a expanded universe between books haha.
Going off the reflections off the metal bits above them alone they almost certainly have house lights on. So probably not a hot set. They probably were doing a quick blocking check/rehearsal with talent so they snapped a quick picture with the sticks. Only a guess though, Im mostly on the doc side these days.
If things are looking too dark, check if your TV supports some form of HDR. Shows like this will do a proper job with color and part of HDR is streaming a parallel file to the video to take over your TV settings and auto adjust l to optimize how they want you to see the final product.
