I’d rather Mo Chara have his day in court and win the case on its merits, but I don’t see that happening - there’s not really any doubt he did what he was accused of.
They won’t go to trial on purpose because they know they would lose and it would set a precedent. Thus they drag out the case and harrass them with lawfare. This is the Zionists tried and proven bullying tactic in the West.
