    I can’t think of a better use of a brain implant than not sleeping and playing Civilization.

    I can come up with a few:

    1. Showing advertisement while the recipient is sleeping. Use a positive feedback loop in order to increase engagement.

    2. Using it to fly bomb carrying drones

    3. Create jobs that have only one requirement - having such an implant.
