The Quarks Bar that was in the Las Vegas Hilton (back when the ST Experience was first running) ranks pretty high on my list “most fun things I’ve done in Vegas.” I growled at a Klingon, drank a prune juice, and got a replica 1701-D commissioning plate. 10/10: Highly recommend (if you have a time machine).
Kinda. Quark starts making one for Bashir in s6e20 “His Way,” but he rejects it partway through the process.
Edit: The drink itself.
At “Quark’s Bar” in the Star Trek: The Experience exhibit at the Las Vegas Hilton, there was an actual Warp Core Breach on the menu. A variant of Flaming Volcano, it was designed to be consumed by two or more people and consisted of ten ounces of flavored rums, Razzmatazz, fruit juices and ‘dry-ice’. The drink was actually created for the Experience. (Trekkers: Stories by Fans for Fans p 73)
Can confirm, Quarks is fun!

And yet you didn’t order Quark’s famous Warp Core Breach?
But really, that sounds awesome.
I don’t remember specifics well enough but I was under age at the time, and I’m guessing if it was on the menu it was boozey.

I did the STE simulator in Vegas in 1999, didn’t realize there was a Quark’s too. Dammit!
