The rules of acquisition clearly state that war is good for business, therefore war crimes must also be good for business. But peace is also good for business. However, which of the two is better for business? The rules of acquisition don’t make any claims about war or peace being better. I propose the theory that the state of heightened tensions are optimal for business, as both peace is still maintained but war seems imminent both rules should apply at the same time.
