    Savvy should probably be “Sokath, his eyes uncovered”. Savvy is likely a corruption of the spanish word saber which means “to know”.

      That’s what I had there at first, but then I thought “Temba, his arms wide” sort of meant “are you following me?”, so then “savvy” is used in its inquiring form.

          From a communication standpoint, it was my interpretation that it was asking if there was a mutual understanding. Then “Sokath…” being the confirmation.
